To edit your profile, simply go to ‘my profile’ in the menu at the top of the page. Make the changes you wish and be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you're done.

Try to put at least one photo and as much information as possible including your interests, ideal partner, etc. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see.

To see your own profile, click the profile link in the menu at the top of any screen.

You will be guided through each step of the profile and when you complete each section we will let you know how far you’ve come and what you need to do next. When you have completed the registration process you will be informed that your profile will be approved by LGR Dating within 24 hours. An email will then be sent to confirm this. You can at anytime go back to your profile and make any changes to it. Be sure to save any changes you make by clicking ‘update’.

If you don’t have a photo, add one today. Statistics prove that profiles with photos are up to 15 times more likely to receive attention than profiles without. Also be sure you're checking for responses at the email address you gave us when you signed up. If you're not receiving any responses at all, you may have a "Spamguard" in place that is preventing email from reaching you. Check with your service provider. Check your bulk mail folder if you are expecting an email that has not arrived.

No, you can still do searches without a profile or completed profile; however, the more complete your free profile is, the more likely you are to find people and have others find you.

Edit your profile as often as you like, but remember: You must click on ‘update’ after you've made your changes.

If you are receiving too many messages you can hide your profile. This will remove you from the search results however you will stay appear in member’s hotlists if already added and messages you have sent and received will still be readable. You will still be able to search and contact people via email.

We do not accept profiles that contain any of the following:
Any direct contact information (e.g., email addresses, ICQ/instant messenger IDs, phone numbers and addresses)
Any location or descriptive information that threatens a member's anonymity
Abusive language of any kind (i.e., vulgarity, racism)
Discussion or descriptions of illegal acts or behaviour (e.g.., drug use, violence)
Business or political advertisements or solicitations
Material that exploits or solicits personal information from individuals under the age of 18
Foreign languages (to effectively monitor profiles, they must be in English)
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material
Overt sexual innuendo or discussion

We do not accept profiles from:
• Individuals under the age of 18

Most profiles will be approved without a problem within xx hours, however if your profile has been rejected you will receive an email explaining why. You will then need to edit it and re-submit it. Most common reasons for rejection are for putting nicknames instead of first names or only writing one line of text for your description.

If your profile doesn't appear, go to 'My page' and click on 'My Account' and check whether you have selected No to the question: ‘make my profile invisible?’If that’s not the problem, please feel free to contact us.

If you are uploading photos via the site you can have 5 in total, if you are sending your photos to be scanned you can have 5 in total.

Your primary photo appears on every page of your profile, and a smaller version shows up when other members search for matches. Members can view your additional photos by scrolling down or selecting “more photos” while viewing your profile.

Creating and posting a profile is FREE and only takes a small amount of your time to go through the 4 steps involved.

To change your username or password, click on ‘My page’ in the top left hand corner of the page and then select ‘my account’ in the top right hand corner.

Login to the site and you will be given the option to reactivate your membership by clicking on the my account page and selecting ‘no’ to the question: ‘make my profile invisible?’
