Once you’ve posted your free profile, upload your photo directly from your computer. Once approved, your photos will be posted exactly as they are submitted. Be sure to crop your photo if necessary before uploading it.

If you have your photos on your PC you will also probably have software installed to edit them, please make sure they are no larger than 500 x 500 pixels large and the file size is below 200k.

This means that you need to delete the old photos that are stored in your computer's temporary memory (cache) to make room for the new ones. Deleting the old photos to make room for the new ones is VERY SIMPLE. So click refresh on your browser and if the photo doesn’t appear then contact us.

If you have a graphics program like Photoshop or LView Pro, use it to save files in JPG format. Otherwise, a copy/print shop can scan and save your photos in a JPG file for you.
