Text alerts are SMS text messages sent to your mobile phone informing you of when a member has sent you a message on the site.

Your mobile number is kept confidential and never given to third parties, you can remove your number at anytime should you so wish.

SMS messages as many of us know can sometimes get delayed depending on how busy the network provider is. It usually takes a few seconds to receive your Activation Code however could take up to several hours. If after this amount of time you still have not received it please try registering again.

You will receive an alert each time someone sends you a message, if a member sends you 2 messages then you will receive 2 alerts.

As already mentioned SMS messages can sometimes be delayed depending on how busy the network is. If you are not receiving messages also check the SMS settings you have selected by clicking "SMS" on the top navigation.

Text alerts are available to buy in bundles and can only be purchased online with your credit or debit card.

You can change your number you receive your texts on at anytime by logging in, clicking on ‘My Account’ then click "edit" next to your number.
